首先是SB服火炮再次变动

The guaranteed Stun time was increased from30% to 45% of the maximum shell Stun time.

最低眩晕时间由炮弹最长眩晕时间的30%改为45%

This change is being made to ensure thatheavily armored vehicles remain stunned for longer. In the previous iterationheavily armored tanks weren’t stunned for long enough due to their significantprotection against incoming damage. What’s important here is that we’re notprolonging the duration of the Stun in general — we’re only adjusting theminimum guaranteed duration. This should increase the stun duration forwell-armored vehicles, while leaving LT’s and MT’s mainly unaffected.

The objective of this change is to reducethe combat effectiveness of a stunned vehicle. Currently the Stun mainlyaffects the vehicle’s mobility, meaning that once stunned it’s more difficultfor the affected vehicle to evade enemy fire. Now a stunned enemy vehicle posesless of a threat to you and your allies.

In practice SPGs rarely fire at vehiclesthat are vulnerable to allied fire, while vehicles that are out of reach ofallies are stunned and damaged more often. Stunned vehicles were still able toreturn fire very effectively, causing the same amount of damage with the samepenetration value. This meant that attacking a stunned vehicle was not reallyany less risky than before.

在实战中,火炮极少去打队友容易打的坦克,而对那些队友够不着的坦克连打带晕则是家常便饭。晕住的坦克依旧有效地反击,因为伤害和穿深是不变的。这意味着打被击晕的坦克并不比打正常的坦克轻松。

From now on stunned vehicles will no longerbe able to return fire as accurately, making it safer to attack them.

When this feature was first introduced in9.16, many of you noted that these vehicle rundowns aren’t complete without thefew elements that influence performance, namely Crew Skills and Perks,equipment, consumables, camouflage, and ammo. In 9.17.1, you can cherry-pickthose parameters in a special menu and get a more cohesive lowdown on avehicle’s worth.
