Official Observer Mode

Hello everyone,

since it’s not on EU server yet: New experimental modre “Observer” will come to the training rooms with patch 9.2. Using it, you can watch the battle from the point of view of various players.

各位好，这个尚未在欧服出现：新试验的观察者模式会在9.2版本用在训练房中。用了它，你就可以从各个玩家的视角观察战斗。

- the mode is available for now only in training battles

这个模式只能在训练房战斗中可用

- you can follow the tanks yourself, switching between them, you will see both teams on your minimal when in this mode

你可以采用自己的坦克视角，还可以在它们间切换，在此模式下，你会在小地图上看到双方的队伍(车辆)

- you will also be able to see pre-loaded logos of teams in this mode (SS: tournament thing I guess?)

你还能够看到预先载入的队伍标志 (SS：我猜是锦标赛的事儿)
