推重比从15.4提升到19，具体怎么提升没说

血量2150加强到2400

瞄准时间3.1s加强到2.9s

炮塔旋转扩散0.077加强到0.058

车身旋转扩散0.182加强到0.153

**怎么这么多，大概就是扩圈系数被减小了，车体旋转和炮塔旋转的扩圈
